Wisconsin native Chelsea Whitley is an Attorney and sole practitioner in Polk County, WI. After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN, Chelsea earned her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in 2000. Following law school, she obtained a Masters in Business Administration at St. Thomas Graduate School of Business.
